Most of our clients are medical startup companies. These are companies that you are not going to find using the conventional job boards. We find most of these companies by subscribing to daily industry newsletters. These newsletters are chock full of information about mergers, acquisitions, VC funding, company expansions, promotions, etc.
We generate many new clients by calling or sending our company information to these companies. So should you. For one thing, many startup companies are watching their hiring costs and are reluctant to use recruiters to fill ordinary sales positions. However, they are not reluctant to hire a solid RSM or sales rep if the person is qualified for the position. And the way to gain access to these hidden gems is to subscribe to as many as you can. And when you see a company that is of interest, just send your resume directly to the CEOs and/or the VP of Sales of these companies. What have you got to lose?
