“I am willing to relocate for the RIGHT opportunity!” What, as opposed to the WRONG opportunity? I hear that time and again each and every day, each and every week. And I ask candidates if they can identify what the RIGHT opportunity is and they answer, “I’ll know it when I hear it, ” instead of telling me what the right opportunity is.
